Content: just started using them & I noticed how dull the are. Can I sharpen them or do I need to take them somewhere? Extremely disappointed! My Fiskars I had for years. Never had to sharpen them.

Content: I just ordered my 2nd pair of Livingo Scissors. I realized that there is a lifetime warranty on the scissors. I had to get a 2nd pair because my first pair became very dull. My first pair was purchased on 1/11/2024 via Amazon. Is there a way to get a replacement? They are not sharp any more. When I cut fabric, the fabric messes up and the cut is not straight.
