Content: I purchased a pair of LIVINGO Premium Tailor Scissors Heavy Duty Multi-Purpose Titanium Coating Forged Stainless Steel Sewing Fabric Leather Dressmaking Softgrip Shears Professional Crafting (9.5 INCH) on Amazon. I have only used them to cut fabric. There is a very slight notch in the upper blade which causes a hitch when cutting. I am wondering if you would be able to help resolve this situation. Thanks

Content: I bought a 3 pack of scissors on Amazon. When I tried to cut a standard piece of card board with one pair, one of the blades snapped in half where they are screwed together. I tried to reinsert the broken blade, but it will not stay in.
