Subject: Scissor cap loose
Content: Most of the items arrived in good working order, but one of the scissors came with a cap that would not stay on - the opening was too loose and would fall off even with the slightest movement. Wanted to just provide that feedback so you can check the quality consistency. The other two scissor (caps) were fine.

Content: I purchased a pair scissors from Amazon. They are for my mom who has a little arthritis in her hands but it’s still pretty strong. She states that the scissors are very very stiff. I live out of state and have these delivered to her. I really don’t want to return them is there a way to make them not so stiff so that she can keep them and use them. I appreciate your help.
