Subject: I was sent damaged used scissors.
Content: I ordered a pair of livingo fabric scissors off Amazon and received a pair whether someone had clearly cut open the package, damaged the blade of the scissors, Then put them back in and taped it back into the box. It wasn't subtle either. I ordered new scissors, not used scissors. Why was I sent something someone obviously opened, used, then returned?Serial code under the bar code is: X001OZMEUZ
